Arthur Reynolds

Graveside services for Arthur B. Reynolds Jr., 68, of Spartanburg, S.C., will be Friday, Jan. 23, at 3 p.m. at New Enterprise Church Cemetery in Iron City, Ga., with the Revs. James Miller and Talmadge Worsley officiating.

Interment followed with Gant Bridges, Garrett Bridges, Chris Gatlin, Michael Reynolds, Barry Reynolds and Carlton Bridges serving as pallbearers.

Born in Albany, Ga., on April 24, 1940, Mr. Reynolds served in the U.S. Air Force. He attended Auburn University, and he was retired from being a self-employed computer analyst and worked part time for Carolina Express in Spartanburg, S.C. He was a very active member of the First Baptist North Spartanburg Church where he served as an usher. He was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Reynolds.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Harriet Williams Reynolds; a son, Stuart Todd Reynolds of Columbia, S.C.; a brother, Tommy Reynolds of Tallahassee, Fla.; two sisters, Linda Bridges and Anita Tucker, both of Donalsonville, Ga.; a grandson, Hampton Parker Reynolds, and several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of services.
