Funeral services for Addie Shores Harlow, 82, of Donalsonville, Ga., were held on Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with the Rev. Damien Salazar officiating.
Interment followed at the New Enterprise Freewill Baptist Church in Iron City, Ga., with Steve Shores, Jim Smith, Tommy Easterwood, Curt Peterson, Bobby Hoskins and Jeffery Grice serving as active pallbearers.
Born in Seminole County, Ga., on March 14, 1926, Mrs. Harlow was a homemaker and a member of the New Enterprise Freewill Baptist Church in Iron City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer Henry Harlow; three sisters, Ollie Mae Murkerson, Annie Odom and Minnie Braswell; and three brothers, Paul Shores, Theo Shores and Alton Shores.
Mrs. Harlow is survived by three sons, Tommy Shores of Brinson, Ga., Kent Shores of Donalsonville, Ga.; one daughter, Darlene McLendon of Donalsonville; one brother, Rudolph Shores of Brinson; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Evans-Skipper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
