Four sentences were handed out for persons driving while license suspended or revoked in the Decatur County State Court handled by State Court Judge George Floyd on Dec. 15.

•  Ashnette Domique Alexander, pleaded nolo contendere (PNC—neither admitting or denying charges) bad checks (three charges), 12 months probated each charge, $400 each charge;

•  Larry L. Alston, nolle prossed (dismissed) DUI; NP open container; NP no proof of insurance; PNC reckless conduct, 24 hours jail, 12 months probated, 40 hours community service, $750;

•  Elijah Burns, PNC violation of driver’s license restriction, 12 months probated, $250; PNC license to be carried, six months probated, $10; PNC safety belt violation, $15;

•  Joseph Crawford, NP driving while license suspended/revoked;

•  Torina L. Goldwire, PNC driving while license suspended/revoked, 12 months suspended, sentence suspended on payment of fine, $600; PG safety belt children under four years, six months suspended, sentence suspended on payment of fine, $50;

•  Jewell Anthony Green, PNC driving while license suspended/revoked, 12 months probated, $600;

•  Charles Laroy Harrell, PG DUI, 72 hours jail, 12 months probated, 30 days community service, $1,000; NP open container violation; PG weaving over roadway, 12 months probated consecutive with prior sentence, $400;

•  Andrew Cody Hyler, PNC hunting deer at night, 12 months probated, $500; PNC hunting from boat or motor vehicle, 12 months probated, $250; PNC hunting big game from public road, 12 months probated, $50;

•  Rudolph Jackson, PG speeding, 12 months probated, $100; PG license to be carried, 12 months probated, $600;

•  Nikki Gail Lusk, PNC driving while license suspended/revoked, 12 months probated, $600; NP suspended registration; PNC operating vehicle without valid tag, 12 months probated, $250;

•  Soloman Edward Sharber, PG obstruction, 12 months probated, $500; PG driving while license suspended/revoked, 12 months probated consecutive with prior sentence, $600; PG no proof of insurance, six months probated, $25; PG alteration of tag, 12 months probated, $100; PG lights required, 12 months probated, $100;
