Funeral services for Gerald Lee “Gerry” Lewis, 35, of Milledgeville, Ga., were held Friday, Dec. 5 at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Hazlehurst, Ga. Officiating ministers were the Revs. Roger Daniels, Therman Hayes and Robert Sorrow.

Internment followed in the Bridgeford Church of God Cemetery in Hazlehurst.
Mr. Lewis was born May 18, 1973, in Coffee County, Ga., and had resided in Milledgeville for six years. She was employed by Lowe’s as a sales associate.

Survivors include his parents, Gerald and Sharon Lewis of Hazlehurst, Ga.; a sister, Marie Lewis of Hazlehurst; a brother, Charles Lewis of Savannah, Ga., his maternal grandmother, Arlene McLaren of Milledgeville; and a niece and nephew.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home in Hazlehurst.
