Michael Cainion

Funeral services for Michael Anthony Cainion, 39, of Donalsonville, Ga., were held on Nov. 29 at Newberry African Methodist Episcopal Church in Donalsonville with the Rev. Percy Leggette officiating.
Internment followed at Newberry Cemetery with nephews and cousins serving as active pallbearers.
Mr. Cainion was born on Feb. 2, 1969, in Donalsonville, the first-born son of Winnie Bennett and Leroy Toliver of Colquitt, Ga. Cainion was a Christian raised by the late Mae Ida Hammonds and the late Gertrude Gardner. He attended Seminole County schools and learned a variety of vocations, but he had a passion for construction and mechanics.
Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Johnson of High Pointe, N.C.; four sisters, Vanessa Cainion of Havana, Fla., Feleisha Handford of Tallahassee, Fla., Etosha Salter of Colquitt, Ga., and Etreah Frazier of Loganville, Ga.; two brothers, Corey Handford of Donalsonville, Ga., and Alden Handford of Columbus, Ga., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Bruton Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
