Grace students visit aquarium
Grace Christian Academy’s sixth-grade class and its teacher, Kathy Bennett, and several parents recently visited Atlanta’s Georgia Aquarium. The class toured five large freshwater and coral reef ecosystems included in the world’s largest aquarium. The students collected scientific data and monitored the beluga whales station for certain behavior patterns. Watching and touching the sea creatures proved a lot more fun than analyzing and writing about them.
