The theme for Red Ribbon Week held recently at West Bainbridge Elementary was “Plant the Promise.” Students assisted the counselor, Belinda Ingram, in planting red tulip bulbs, which when they bloom in the spring, will be a reminder of their pledge to stay drug free, not just during Red Ribbon Week, but forever.
