Funeral services for James Harold Lindsey, 56, of Bainbridge, were held Monday, Oct. 27, at the graveside in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Willis officiating.

Mr. Lindsey was born in Edison, Ga., and died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at Memorial Hospital in Bainbridge.

Moving to Decatur County from Cuthbert 25 years ago, Mr. Lindsey worked at Shaw Industries as a bailer in the shipping department and was a member of Vilulah Baptist Church in Coleman, Ga.

He is survived by his wife, Kayron Haas Lindsey of Bainbridge; daughter, Lynn Marie Lindsey of Bainbridge; sisters, Brenda L. Gresham of Sasser, Ga., and Barbara L. Donley of Patmos, Ga., and other relatives.

Cox-Ware Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
