Polka Dots owner Priscilla Whittaker celebrated the new business location with a Chamber of Commerce-sponsored ribbon cutting Friday, Oct. 10. The business reopened Oct. 1 at their new, larger location in the Bon Air building. The new site includes a decorated party room in the rear for hosting children’s birthday parties.
