Bainbridge Planning Commission to meetPublished 3:40am Thursday, January 24, 2013
The City of Bainbridge has received the following application for consideration by the Planning Commission and Mayor and City Council. The applications are as follows:
• CU-13-002: Applicant Tripolie S. Wells requests a Conditional Use to allow a U-Haul rental business at 311 N. Broad St. The property is zoned CBD (Central Business District).
• VR-13-002: Applicant John A. Dowdy Jr. requests a variance for an accessory building located at 1401 Douglas Drive. The building does not meet the current set back requirements.
The Bainbridge Planning Commission will hold a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at 6:00 p.m.
The City of Bainbridge City Council will hold the final hearing on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at 6:30 p.m.
Both meetings will be held at the Potter Street Community Center.
