Rocky and Ouida Smith, of Bainbridge, announce the engagement of their daughter, Terri Smith, to Andrew McKown of Whigham.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Terry Stewart, Donna Whittiker, Ray and Juanita Smith.

The groom to be is the son of Billy and Carolyn McKown, and the grandson of Ken and Katherine Williams and of the late Andrew Blanchard Chambless and the late Catherine Chambless.

The wedding is planned for Jan. 26.
