The Decatur County Foster Care Program will have a night of fun at the Charles H. Kirbo Center on Nov. 15, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are $30 for individuals and $50 for couples. Tickets are available at Bella’s Boutique, Joy Key Photography, DeHildren Reality, Godwin Jewelers, and Coldwell Banker Brock Reality. All proceeds will go to the Decatur County foster care children. Joy Key, of Joy Key Photography, and a committee of 12 women have spent the last three months planning this event for the purpose of raising awareness about  the process of becoming a foster parent and of the adoption process.
