For some cut-rate prices — but top-notch services — students with the Bainbridge College cosmetology program are taking appointments from the public for such services as haircuts, manicures, pedicures and facials. Starting on Tuesday, Feb. 14, students with the program are available for appointments from 5:45 p.m. to 8 p.m. The services will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. All chemical services, such as color, perms, relaxers and acrylic nails must be scheduled at 5:45 p.m. due to the time frame allotted for each night, said Sara K. Heady, BC cosmetology instructor. Samples of the some of the prices for the services are for shampoo, haircut and style is $10; chemical relaxer is $25; manicure is $5; pedicure is $10, and a facial is $10.
