Walker Elrod competed for Grace Christian Academy last week in Locust Grove in the GIAA State Track Meet.
He ran a PR in the 800 with a time of 2:11, for a 9th place state finish, a 4:39 and a 9 second PR in the 1600 for a 5th place finish, and a 10:10 in the 3200 for a 4th place finish, making his All State for the 1600/3200.
