The City of Bainbridge is preparing for this year’s Yuletide Jubilee, scheduled for this Thursday afternoon, beginning at 5:30. In addition to Mayor Reynolds lighting the Christmas tree and a visit from Santa, downtown businesses will participate in a Santa’s workshop for kids, with other family-friendly entertainment including a snow blower, a workshop for writing letters to Santa, and an “iceberg slide” for snowboarding to name a few. The BHS band will perform small ensembles, with Lucretia’s School of Dance putting on a performance on the square, and Tina and Shannon Brock will also perform “O Holy Night.”

“Just come out and join us, get in the holiday spirit,” Downtown Development Authority special events coordinator Randee Eubanks told the Post-Searchlight. “It’s a night full of family holiday fun.”
