Virginia loved nothing more than her roles as wife, mom, and grandma. Her life revolved around her children and grandchildren’s activities. She enjoyed traveling to the Smokey Mountains, family cruises, riding motorcycles, and playing slot machines. Virginia kept her mind sharp with crossword puzzles (which she and Bruce solved together each morning), sudoku, and Tripoli during family game night. Genealogy piqued her interest and she created extensive family tree binders. Dining out, ice cream, and sweet tea topped her list of favorites. Life was good and Virginia delighted in every moment.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Bruce Wagner; her children, Ginger (Tim) Cochran of Bainbridge, Andrew Wagner of Waycross, and Joey Wagner also of Bainbridge; her grandsons, Tristan and Stetson; her siblings, Sharyn Warford of Louisville, Ky., David (Barbara) Hornback of Jeffersonville, Ind., Joyce Burnett of Louisville, Ky., and Tricia Hawkins also of Louisville, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents.
