Pam was born March 5, 1941 in Stockport, England, the daughter of Wallace and Lucy Booth.  She earned her BS in Psychology and was a retired vice president/manager for a title insurance company.  She married Robert E. “Bob” Immendorf on May 17, 1964 and lived in the San Francisco Bay area for many years.  Together they owned and operated an art gallery for over 10 years.  They retired and moved to Bainbridge in 1998. Pam was a co-founder of the BDCHS and instrumental in it becoming a reality. She served as a past President of the Board of Directors and was actively involved from its inception. Pam’s wisdom, integrity, passion, and kindness are a vast part of the foundation this organization was built on. She and her husband Bob, who preceded her in death, were pillars in the animal community and vital to “Helping the Helpless”. Countless animals owe their lives to the Immendorfs. We know that numerous animals are waiting on Pam at the Rainbow Bridge for her arrival and she will be greeted with the love and respect that such a wonderful, compassionate woman such as herself deserved.  She was instrumental in the refurbishing of the Firehouse Gallery in Bainbridge. A member of First United Methodist Church, she enjoyed the church knitting group, reading, sewing, and helping Bob maintain their 100+ year old house.

Survivors include her children, Vickie Smith (Scott) of Houston, Tx. and Peter Gilbreath (Terri) of Woodland Park, Co.; her brother, Neil Booth (Mary Christine) of Brookings, Or.; her grandchildren, Felicia (Robert), Emilee (Wes), and Kaitlin (Clint); her great grandchildren, Emory, Faithlynn, Oaklynn, Cutter, Alexa, and Callie; her brother-in-law, Jack Immendorf (Beverly); and her nieces and nephew, Angela, Christina, Erin and Gene.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bob.
