Mr. Charles T. Cook, age 71, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Bainbridge Healthcare Center in Bainbridge, Georgia.  A graveside service was held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 29, County Line Baptist Church Cemetery, 5764 Lee Heard Road, Colquitt, Georgia. 

Charles was born August 24, 1949 in Bainbridge.  His parents, Ervin Cook and Sweetie Mae Daniels Cook, have preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Allen Cook and his family of Colquitt, Georgia.  He is also survived by his siblings, Jimmy Cook and wife Beverly, Sybil Hatcher, Ronnie Cook and wife, Kaye, and Marsha Gail Metze.
