Mr. Toby Cook, 52, of Port St Joe, Florida, formerly of Colquitt, died Friday, December 11, 2020, at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Fla. Funeral services were held Sunday, December 13, 2020, at 3 p.m. at Cook’s Union Methodist Church with  Rev. Billy Mills officiating. Interment followed at Cook’s Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, December 13, 2020, from 2-3 p.m. at Cook’s Union Methodist Church. Mr. Cook was a truck driver and member of Cook’s Union Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Christie Cook of Port St. Joe; four sons, Josh (Casey) Cook of Donalsonville, Ga., Christopher Griffin of Colquitt, Ga., Marshall Sapp of Port St. Joe, and Cade Griffin of Port St. Joe;  one daughter, Hanna Singletary of Bainbridge, Ga.; three grandchildren, Rylan Cook, Landyn Cook, and Hudson Burnett;  father, Larry Cook of Colquitt, Ga.; one brother, Alan (Janice) Cook of Doerun, Ga.; and one sister, Marsha (Dennis) Dollar of Bainbridge.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Enfinger Wells; step-father, Leroy Wells; maternal grandparents, Fred and Alphie King Enfinger; and paternal grandparents, J.S. and Sarah Oliver Cook.
