Mr. William (Billy) R. Sykes, Jr.,60, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Miller County Hospital in Colquitt, Georgia.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, September 28, Eldorendo Holiness Church Cemetery.  Rev. Rawleigh Furney will officiate.

William R. Sykes, Jr. was born January 19, 1960 in Panama City, Florida to William R. Sykes, Sr. and Geneva Anderson Sykes.  He married the love of his life, Brenda Loretta Armstrong Sykes.  Billy was always smiling.  He loved to attend church and worshiped with his whole heart.  He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy and associate member of Eldorendo Holiness Church.  A kind person, loved by all the children at church, he will be deeply missed.

William R. Sykes, Jr. is survived by his mother, Geneva Sykes of Colquitt and sister, Roberta Reynolds of Bainbridge, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his wife, father, and brother, Roger Sykes.
