Tim Smith of Southwind Plantation and SP Truck Stop & Travel Center treated the Bearcats, coaches and cheerleaders to a meal Thursday afternoon, prior to fan day.

Players got a full spread and were able to choose from a chicken quarter, smoked barbeque, coleslaw, potato salad, garlic bread and peach cobbler, along with Gatorade to drink.

Before enjoying the meal, a prayer was offered by Pastor Brooks, then players and cheerleaders dug into the food.

They could be seen eating, while enjoying camaraderie and talking sports before their inter scrimmage game at 5:30.

Coaches, players and cheerleaders were thankful for the meal, as it gave them energy to play and encourage others on the field.
