Norma L. Daniel, beloved wife and mother, departed from this earth on July 22, 2020 and transitioned into another life that she has been preparing for many years.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private family service will be held.

Norma was born on October 2, 1934 to Cecil and Ethel Chapman in Dundee, Florida.  She attended and graduated from Haines City High School where she excelled as a baton-twirling majorette.  Due to her talent as a majorette, she was offered a collegiate scholarship.

Norma enjoyed cooking, gardening, knitting, and visiting with family and friends.  She was well thought of by all who knew her.  She will always be remembered for her humility, tenacity, and passion for humanity.

Norma was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bainbridge, Georgia, where she was a devoted Sunday School teacher of the Girl’s First Grade Class for over 20 years.  She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 64 years, Joe Daniel, and a son, David Daniel, both of Bainbridge.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Dale Daniel.
