Kenneth was at peace when he was standing in a tee box.  He loved to spend time on the golf course regardless of how under or over par he was. He also enjoyed going to watch plays at the Bainbridge Little Theatre and even participated as an actor from time to time. Kenneth was very meticulous and would not agree to anything unless he had all the details beforehand.  He was a member of Bainbridge Country Club and St. John’s Episcopal Church where he served in many capacities, including Jr. & Sr. Warden and Treasurer.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Janice Ann Pearce; his sons, Kenneth David Pearce, and his wife, Emily, of Greenville, NC and Christopher Pearce of Jesup, Ga.;  his siblings, Leonard I. Pearce, and his wife, Palistine, of Bainbridge, James B. “Bo” Pearce, and his wife, Elayne, of Aruba, and Yvonne Harrison, and her husband, Mack, of Augusta, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.  Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents.

The Pearce family would like to say a special thank you to Joanna and the staff of Kindred Hospice for their care during this time.
