The first play of the season is Neil Simon’s Rumors. This play was slated to be the last play of the 2019-2020 season, running the first week in May, but due to the need for social distancing, show dates were changed to September 17th -20th, 2020. This play will be directed by Henry Intili and is fully cast. Rehearsals are set to begin later in the summer.

The second show of the season is Elf, The Musical, a perfect show to start off the Christmas season. Music is by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin, and the book is by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin. Show dates are December 3rd – 6th. Musical Direction will be by Michael Inlow, with a production director yet to be determined.

The third show is Steel Magnolias, written by Robert Harling, with show dates February 25-28th, 2021.

The final show of the season is Leading Ladies, written by Ken Ludwig. Show dates are April 28th – May 1st, 2021

Directors are being sought for all of the shows of the season, except for the opening one. The theatre is accepting applications for directors for Elf, The Musical, Steel Magnolias and Leading Ladies.  Interested applicants should submit their name and contact information, along with a summary of their directing experience to bainbridgelittletheatre@gmail.com, no later than noon on June 1, 2020. Additionally, those interested in directing a future play for the theatre’s 47th season may submit any suggestions for a play they would like to direct.
