Lloyd Hill, 73, of Donalsonville, Ga., formerly of Sylvester, Ga., passed away Sunday, July 21, 2019.

Lloyd Hill was born September 13,1945 in Kinston, N.C., the son of Lloyd Columbus and Annie Lee Jones Hill.   Lloyd spent his younger years furthering his education with a bachelor’s degree and serving our great country in the Air Force.  He worked as a Vocational Rehab Counselor for the State of Georgia until his retirement.  Lloyd moved to Donalsonville and met his soul mate, Pam, and they married in 1997.  He was very devoted to Pam and would do anything to keep her happy.  When Lloyd wasn’t spoiling Pam at home, he was taking her on long walks at the beach. He often enjoyed times of solitude, which is probably why he spent a lot of time outside doing yard work and woodworking.

Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Pam Hill; his sons, Bill Hill and his wife, Amanda and Chris Zahm, and his wife, Melissa; his siblings, Carolyn Hill and Don Hill, and his wife, Judy; and his grandchildren, Alex Hill, David Hill and Layndon Zahm. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents.
