A Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Cleotha Williams will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 1 p.m. at New Salem Free Will Baptist Church, 2574 Spring Creek Road, Bainbridge, Georgia with Pastor Peter Rogers, officiating. Interment will follow in Breedlove Cemetery. Final arrangements entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
