The Bainbridge High School basketball teams are off to a slow start, but have plenty of season ahead of them.

The Lady Cats have lost four in a row, dropping games to Early county 46-35, Harris County 39-27, Cairo 49-46 and Colquitt County 40-34.

Monday night against Colquitt County, Bainbridge led 11-7 after the first quarter and had a 1-point advantage at 19-18 at halftime. The Lady Cats tried to put the nail in the coffin in the third quarter with 12 points and held the Lady Packers to 6. However, Bainbridge only managed to add 3 points to the board in the fourth quarter and gave up 16.
