The Bainbridge Middle School Soccer teams hosted the Macyntyre Park Middle school Bulldogs and split contests, with the Lady Bulldogs prevailing 4-1, while the Bearcats defeated the Bulldogs 7-1, Thursday afternoon at Centennial field.

The Lady Bulldogs took a 2-0 lead, before the Lady Cats came back, just seconds remaining in the first half scoring on a penalty kick by midfielder Brennan Timmons . The shot was set up when Bainbridge Forward Aubrey Hill was fouled in the penalty area. 

The Lady Bulldogs scored two more goals in the second half, with the final goal scored in the last second of the game.

The Lady cats played hard throughout the contest creating several chances and 5 shots on goal. Despite the loss the team gave an inspired performance with gritty play and heads up teamwork.
