Richard Braxton Barber

Richard Braxton Barber, age 64, of Donalsonville, Ga. passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at his residence.

No service is planned at this time.

Mr. Barber was born in California on January 14, 1953, to Walter Jim Barber and Marjorie Inez Harris Barber. He served his country in the United States Army and was engaged in farming for a while.

He is survived by his children, Shirley Hand of Bainbridge, Ga. and Shannon Morris of Texas; his brothers, Johnny Barber and his wife Malynda of Donalsonville and Jimmy Barber and Rebecca Craig of Jewell Ridge, Va.; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Barber was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Jim Barber and Marjorie Inez Harris Barber.
