Lorin Dewayne “Skeet” Griffis

Lorin Dewayne Griffis, 43, of Bainbridge, passed away Tuesday, January

19, 2016.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dewitt Phillips officiating. Interment will be at Oak City Cemetery.

Mr. Griffis was born September 14, 1972 in Hahira, Ga., the son of Donald Wayne Griffis and Betty Sue Harrellson Williamson. Skeet enjoyed camping and fishing. He was a talented singer, guitar player, and could always make people laugh.

Survivors include his wife, Saundra Colvin Griffis; his mother, Betty Sue Williamson and her husband, Darrell; his father, Donald Wayne Griffis and his wife, Marsha; a half-brother, Richard Wayne Griffis; and a step-sister, Sharon Rogers.
