The Bainbridge High School swim team placed first in their meet last Friday at the Bainbridge-Decatur County YMCA.

The Bearcats and Lady Cats combined for 247 points, with Westover coming in second at 159 points and Thomas County Central placing third with 134 points.

Nour Hasona, Carson Harrell, Perry Waddell and Caleb Boutwell finished the boys 200-yard medley relay in a time of 2:04.18.

In the girls 200-yard medley, the team of Emily Chambers, Rendi Harrison, Lauren Braswell and Haylie Wilkinson finished in a time of 2:34.00 and the team of Caitlin Miller, Mary Alice Long, Madison Toole and Hope Sizemore finished in a time of 2:47.29.

In the boys 200-yard freestyle, Logan Moorehead finished in a time of 2:33.86, Chase Harrison finished in a time of 2:43.67 and Caleb Harris clocked in at 2:47.47.

The girls 200-yard freestyle saw Emilie Poppell coming in at 2:43.67, Alaiya Schulyer coming in at 2:54.56, Emily Chambers finishing at 2:55.95 and Montanna McQuaig clocking in at 3:19.13.

In the boys 200-yard individual Medley, Perry Waddell finished at 3:03.10 and David Long finished at 3:17.16. For the girls, Tara Stevens clock in at 2:15.70, Katie Campbell came in at 3:05.80 and Lauren Braswell came in at 3:25.73.

In the boys 50-yard freestyle, Caleb Boutwell came in at 24.14, Haydn Griffin finished in a time of 27.18 and Nour Hasona clocked in at 27.52. Behind them was Dalton Savage with a time of 29.31, Edward Moorhead in a time of 35.95 and Efrain Diaz in a time of 36.09.

In the girls 50 yard freestyle, Haley Helms finished in a time of 28.59, Sydney Hutchens finished in a time of 29.30, Haylie Wilkinson finished in a time of 30.70, Caitlin Miller clocked in at 34.59, Madison Toole finished at 35.27, Hope Sizemore finished with a time of 35.51 and Alexis Smith with a time of 40.06.

In the 100-yard butterfly, Caleb Harris clocked in at 1:36.17 and David Long was right behind him with a time of 1:39.61. For the girls, Katie Campbell finished 1:24.59, Lauren Braswell clocked in at 1:49.15 and Madison Toole came in at 1:47.20.

In the boys 100-yard freestyle race, Carson Harrell was first in a time of 59.21, Chase Harrison clocked in at 1:05.50, Dylan Savage finished with a time of 1:12.75 and Edward Moorehead finished in a time of 1:27.29. In the girls race, Sydney Hutchens finished in a time of 1:08.27, Emily Chambers clocked in at 1:10.81, Emilee Poppell came in at 1:11.14, Haylie Wilkinson clocked in at 1:13.09, Caitlin Miller finished at 1:20.14, Hope Sizemore finished in a time of 1:23.45. Following them was Mary Alice Long with a time of 1:27.28, Montanna McQuaig with a time of 1:32.40 and Alexis Smith with a time of 1:32.91.

In the boys 500-yard freestyle, Dalton Savage came in at 6:26.84 and Haydn Griffin was behind him in a time of 7:03.97.

On the girls side, Rendi Harrison clocked in at 7:47.70 and Alaiya Schulyer came in at 7:53.00.

In the boys 200-yard freestyle relay, the team of Caleb Harris, Chase Harrison, David Long and Perry Waddell clocked in at 1:56.82.

In the girls 200-yard freestyle relay, the team of Haylie Wilkinson, Caitlin Miller, Madison Toole and Emilee Poppell came in at 2:12.48.

In the boys 100-yard backstroke race, Nour Hasona finished in a time of 1:20.66, Dylan Savage came in at 1:32.76, Logan Moorhead finished in 1:40.18 and Efrain Diaz came in at 1:56.47.

Rend Harrison clocked in at 1:41.17 in the girls 100-yard backstroke race.

For the boys 100-yard breaststroke race, Carson Harrell finished at 1:18.12 and Perry Waddell came in at 1:30.13.

For the girls 100-yard breaststroke, Tara Stevens finished at 1:13.03, Haley Helms finished in a time of 1:36.72 and Mary Alice Long clocked in at 1:48.17.

In the boys 400-yard freestyle, the team of Caleb Boutwell, Nour Hasona, Dalton Savage and Carson Harrell came in at 4:18.16 and the team of Caleb Harris, David Long, Haydn Griffin and Chase Harrison came in at 4:20.06.

On the girls side, the team of Sydney Hutchins, Emilee Poppell, Haley Helms and Tara Stevens came in at 4:28.85. The team of Rendi Harrison, Lauren Braswell, Emily Chambers and Katie Campbell finished at 5:10.67 and the team of Mary Alice Long, Montanna McQuaig, Hope Sizemore and Alexis Smith finished in a time of 6:00.51.
