The GCA Cougars and Lady Cougars made their presence known at the GISA AA State Track Meet last Saturday.
Senior Brent Warr won the 100-meter dash and was first runner up in the 200 Meter Dash.
In the girl’s competition, Perra Harrell won fifth in the 8000-meter run and sixth in the 400-meter dash.
The GCA Boys did an outstanding job and finished fourth overall.  Dakota Vickers won fifth in the 400-meter dash, Blake Holley finish fifth in the 800-meter run, Austin Lambert won fourth in the 3200-meter run and seventh in the 1600-meter run. T.J. Dudley won sixth in both the 1600-meter run and the 3200-meter run.
Jack McRae placed eighth in the shot put and the GCA Boys 4-by-100-meter relay won sixth, which included Brent Warr, Dakota Vickers, Noah Thomas and Jack McRae.
