Services for Octavious Powell, 20, will be held Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Saint Thomas Baptist Church, Fowlstown, with Rev. Willie G. Smiley officiating. Visitation is Wednesday, May 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. at New Life Ministries, 115 Lynn Woodlane Dr. off Hwy 97 South.
