The Post-Searchlight announced a winner for the Can You Profile 2014 Contest Monday.
More than 40 applicants submitted their forms, identifying 11 subjects on the front of the Profiles 2014 edition.
Becky Harrell of Bainbridge was randomly chosen as the winner and Harrell identified all 11 subjects on the front cover of Profiles correctly.
“My husband when he submitted it, told everyone I had won it, so they might as well just throw the other submissions away,” Harrell joked. She said that his statement must have brought her good luck.
Harrell was given a $100 check for winning the game by Post-Searchlight media consultant Jason Smith.
Harrell said she knew several of the individuals profiled in the edition this year.
She does not yet know how she will spend her $100.
