At its April 17 meeting, Bainbridge City Council recognized the two local winners in the “If I Were Mayor...” essay contest sponsored by the Georgia Municipal Association. The local winner was Mattie Winburn, a student at Grace Christian Academy who is the daughter of Steve and Laura Winburn.
