The Bainbridge High School Bearcats baseball team wrapped up their regular season with a 5-4 Monday loss to the Westover High School Patriots in Albany.

They will meet the Northside Warner Robins High School Eagles in a best of three Region 1-AAAA playoff series Friday, in Warner Robins, Ga. The first game will begin at 4 p.m.

The big scoring inning for the Bearcats in Monday’s game against Westover was the top of the seventh, when they rallied for three runs.

The runs were scored by left fielder Trey Suber, who singled, shortstop Ben Day, who doubled and designated hitter Blake Voyles, who walked.
