Trinity Baptist Church — The church, located at 1865 Tallahassee Highway, in Bainbridge, will observe the church’s 20th anniversary on Sunday, April 15, at the 10:45 a.m. service. New Tradition from Sparks, Ga. will provide special music. Lunch follows the service.

New Salem Freewill Baptist Church — The church, located at 2574 Spring Creek Road, will conclude the observance of the anniversary of the church and of Pastor Archie Crews on April 15 at 11 a.m. on the theme, “We’ve come this far by Faith.”

St. Paul M.B. Church — The church, located at 2714 Thomasville Road, will have a Women’s Prayer Breakfast on April 14 from 9 to 11 a.m. with Sister Reneé Stubbs leading the morning.

Travelers Rest M.B. Church — The church, located at 661 Cal Thomas Road, in Whigham, Ga., will celebrate Pastor Golden Sheppard Jr.’s seventh anniversary on Sunday, April 15 at 11:15 a.m., with Elder Reubin Addison of Friendship House of Prayer, in Cairo, Ga., delivering the message.

• Second Elizabeth M.B. Church — The church, located at 2718 Attapulgus Highway, in Quincy, Fla., will have a special “Friends of Frankie” program on Sunday, April 15, at 5 p.m., honoring Frankie Taylor, a retiree from Florida State Hospital and a pillar of the community.

• Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church — The church, located in Vada, will hold a Spring Revival April 15-20 at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Doug Hall of Union Grove Baptist Church, Pelham, will be guest speaker. There will be special music nightly. Dr. Jim Naylor, the former pastor of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church for 9-1/2 years, has returned to serve as interim pastor until a full-time pastor can be found. He is beginning new programs for all ages.

• Mt. Vernon Baptist Church — The church, located at 5079 Old 179 North, in Whigham, Ga., will hold a revival beginning Sunday, April 15, through Wednesday, April 18. Sunday services are at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., with a sing featuring Vickie Andrews and Linda Watson followed by Dr. Kenneth Cloud. Monday through Wednesday services are at 7 p.m. Special music each night.

Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church — The church, located at 849 Martin Luther King Drive, will host a revival April 18 through April 20 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Overseer Gregory James, of Tallahassee, Fla., will speak on the theme, “A Time for Restoration.”

All Nations Praise and Worship Ministries — The church, located at 108 N. Madison St., in Quincy, Fla., will hold a revival April 19 to April 21 at 7 p.m. nightly and on Sunday, April 22, at 11 a.m. with Elder/Evangelist Jeremiah Mincy Sr. of St. Petersburg, Fla., as speaker.

Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church — The church, located at 1810 S. West St., will observe Pastor Jerome Severson’s anniversary on Sunday, April 22, at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Eric Collins and the Greater Macedonia Church as guests in charge of service.

• First African Baptist Church — The church, located at 515 Webster St., will hold its annual revival, starting Wednesday, April 25, through Friday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Rev. Eric Collins, pastor of Greater Macedonia Baptist Church, will be the speaker for the week.

First African Missionary Baptist Church — The church, located at 115 Church St., in West Bainbridge, will hold a benefit program for Deacon Thomas Jackson Jr. on Saturday, April 28, at 6 p.m. The public is cordially invited.

West Bainbridge United Methodist Church — The church, located at 1513 Dothan Road, adjacent to Georgia Forestry Service, is sponsoring a garage and bake sale on Saturday, May 5, beginning at 7 a.m. The fundraiser will go to support the church in its mission work.
