The following arrests and citations, a list of those occurring between March 20 and March 23, have been reported by the Decatur County Jail and Bainbridge Public Safety:

• Barry Dean Crawford, 21, 2715 S. West St., Bainbridge, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of parks/playgrounds/housing projects, obstruction of an officer (felony), probation violation, BPS;

• Natalie Genovar Rackley, 31, 6417 Mount Olive Church Road, Bainbridge, driving while license withdrawn, BPS;

• Margaret Anne White, 21, 1504 Forrest Lane, Bainbridge, driving while license withdrawn, expired vehicle tag/decal, BPS;

• George Sander Carlton, 58, 1209 Center St., Bainbridge, criminal damage to property in the second degree, BPS;

• Thomas Rolland Finan, 22, 1202 Pecan Drive, Bainbridge, theft by shoplifting, (lst offense), BPS.
