Family Worship & Praise Center — The church is holding church services every Sunday at 11 a.m. at the Charles H. Kirbo Center, 2500 East Shotwell St., with Pastor Tommy Leaks.

West Bainbridge Baptist Church — The church, located at 801 Griffin St., has announced new operation hours for the Food Bank. They are Tuesday, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon. For more information call (229) 246-2855.

Morris Temple Community Church — The church, located at 300 Poplar Ave., will host the third annual Women and Men in White, sponsored by the Bainbridge District Missionary Department, on Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. with Elder Nelson Shelman of Tampa, Fla., as event speaker.

First African Baptist Church of West Bainbridge — The church, located at 115 Church St., will hold their Black History program on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 11 a.m.

Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church — The church, located at 1810 S. West St., will have a Black History program on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 11:15 a.m.

First Macedonia M.B. Church — The church, located on Cooktown Road, will observe Pastor Dexter Thurman’s anniversary on Sunday, Feb. 26, at the 11:30 a.m. service. Rev. Percy Leggett will be the guest speaker. Dinner will be served.

Ford Chapel A.M.E. Church — The church, located at 425 W. College St., will have a Men and Women Day on Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Josephas Johnson bringing the message.

Emanuel M.B. Church — The church, located at 161 Emanuel Church Road in Fowlstown, will have a Black History program given by the youth department on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 2:30 p.m.

Climax United Methodist Church — The church, located at 210 W. Broad St. in Climax, will host the Dixie Echoes Quartet in concert Sunday, Feb. 26, at 6 p.m. Admission is free, but a love offering will be taken. This group has been singing Southern gospel music for more than 50 years and is one of the few pioneer gospel quartets still in existence today.

Climax United Methodist Church — The church, located 210 W. Broad St., will host a World Day of Prayer service Friday, March 2, beginning at noon. Bring a sack lunch to eat in the Fellowship Hall after the service. Drinks and desserts will be provided by the church. An offering for women’s and children’s missions in U.S. and abroad will be received.

New Fountainhead Baptist Church — The church, located 179 Old Pelham Road, will hold a marriage enrichment seminar on Friday, March 2, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, March 3, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pastor Gary Haskell of Jackson Baptist Church in Jackson, Pa., will be the guest speaker/leader. Disciples of Jesus Ministries — The church, located at 1630 Bethel Road, will hold a pre-pastor’s appreciation musical extravaganza on March 3, at 6:30 p.m., featuring Amazing Harmony Four, Spiritual Wonders, Sunset Spirituals, Sensational Gospel Singers and other area gospel choirs and groups.

Swanswall  M.B. Church — The church, located on Swanswall Road in Brinson, will have Family and Friends Day on March 4 at the 11:30 a.m. service. Pastor Calvin Isom and Holy Neck M.B. Church will be guest participants.

St. Mary A.M.E. Church — The church, located at 205 McNair Moore Road in Climax, will have a mission program on March 4 at 3 p.m., with Sister Cynthia B. Mitchell as speaker.

Recovery United Methodist Church — The church, located at 307 Recovery Road, will host the Gann Family in concert on Sunday, March 4, at 6 p.m. A love offering will be taken to help defray expenses.

Port City Church of God — The church, located on Dothan Highway, will hold sign language classes, taught by Gail Nott, on Mondays during the month of March, beginning March 5, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for ages 10 and older. Liberty in Jesus Christian Center — The church, located at 1108 Butler Ferry Road, will host the Holy Convocation 2012 of Hidden Treasures Apostolic Alliance on March 7-11 at 7 p.m. nightly on the theme, “Learning to Love the Master’s Way!” Featured participants will be Apostle Sharon Seay Eiland of Nashville, Tenn., Apostle Curley Walthour, Apostle Erica B. Jackson, Overseer Sonya Norris, Overseer William Bullard, Pastor Gairreus Williams and Minister Terrance Pinkney.

Greater Calvary First Born Church of the Living God — The church, located on Broad St., Climax, will hold their annual prayer breakfast Saturday, March 17 beginning at 9 a.m. in the church annex. Guest speaker will be Pastor Steve Poppell of the Climax Baptist Church.

First United Pentecostal Church — The church, located at 115 Jennifer Dr., 84 West, Bainbridge, will host their first Honeysuckle Festival on March 24 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Mt. Zuma M.B. Church — The church, located at 2015 Vada Road, will hold the annual revival April 9 through 13 at 7:30 p.m. nightly, with Rev. Hayward Teague as guest speaker.
