• First Baptist Church — The church, located on Shotwell Street in Bainbridge, will have a candlelight and communion service on Saturday, Dec. 24, at 7 p.m. Christmas Day will have morning worship at 10 a.m. No Sunday school or evening worship.
• First Presbyterian Church — The traditional service of lessons and carols will be presented by the church choir and guest musicians on Christmas Eve at 7 p.m.
• Morris Temple Community First Born Church of the Living God — The church, located at 300 Poplar Ave. in Bainbridge, will observe morning service at 7:30 a.m. Christmas Day with Sister Lavern Peterson. The church will also hold a Watch Night Service on Dec. 31, beginning at 10 p.m.
• St. Paul M.B. Church — The church, located on U.S. Highway 84 East, will have a Christmas Day service at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 25, and a New Year’s Day service on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012, at 10 a.m. There will not be a watch night service on New Year’s Eve.
• Southwest Baptist Church — The church, located at 1101 Faceville Highway, will hold a vesper service on Sunday, Christmas Day, at 10 a.m.
• Black Jack Baptist Church — The church will hold a special Christmas worship service on Sunday, Dec. 25, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. There will be no evening services so that families can spend time together.
• Donalsonville First Assembly of God — The church will have Christmas Day worship service at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 25.
• New Life Deliverance Ministries Inc. — The church, located at 115 Lynnwood Drive in Bainbridge, will have an “Old Year Out” New Year Service, beginning at 10 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31. For information and/or transportation, call (229) 243-0075.
