Services for Phyllis Renea Scott Baulkman, 46, of Bainbridge, were held Aug. 22, 2011, at Union M.B. Church with the Rev. David Johnson officiating.

Interment followed in Jonas Lobe Cemetery with Kelvin Scott, Chad Gadson, Michael Johnson, Kelvin Ford Sr., Allen Gaines, Markise Stroud, Eugene Porter and Eddie Johnson acting as pallbearers.

Miss Baulkman was born May 14, 1965, in Donalsonville, to the late Wallace Pearson Sr. and Catherine Baulkman. She attended public schools in Decatur County and, when health permitted, worked as a caregiver.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother, Catherine Baulkman; sons, Willie Scott III of Athens, Byron Scott of Bainbridge, DeMarco Scott of Chesapeake, Va., Bradley Scott of Bainbridge; brothers, Kenneth Baulkman of Atlanta, Michael Baulkman and Maurice Baulkman, both of Bainbridge, Wallace Pearson Jr. of Madison, Fla. and Ryan Pearson of Troy, Ala.; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Bruton Mortuary was in charge of the arrangements.
