A memorial service for Rhonda Jo Williams Smith, 46, of Donalsonville, was held Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011, at 6 p.m., at the Iron City Baptist Church.

Rhonda was born in Seminole County, Ga., on May 14, 1965, to Ronnie Bradford and Josephine Owens Williams. She died Sunday morning, Aug. 14, 2011, at her home. She graduated from Seminole County High School, where she was a member of the Green Machine marching band and a member of the rifle team. She had worked with Dollar General stores.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Jo Woodham and her husband, Billy, of Donalsonville; her father, Ronnie Williams and his wife, Louise, of Ashford, Ala.; her maternal grandmother, Claudia Owens of Donalsonville; her daughter, Bailey Rae Troyer of Donalsonville; her son, Tyler D. Smith of Donalsonville; her sister, Wendy Williams of Thomasville; a special friend, Marxus Burrola of Donalsonville; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Louie Owens, and her paternal grandparents, Doris and Zayard Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
