A graveside funeral service for Marvine Peacock Wilson, 91, will be held Monday, Aug. 8, at 10 a.m.  at Hillcrest Cemetery in Quincy, Fla., with Dr. Austin L. Phillips and Rev. Steve Poppell officiating.

Mrs. Wilson was born Feb. 1, 1920 in Marianna, Fla., the daughter of William Lee Peacock and Mindy McDonald Peacock. She died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011 at Riverside Place in Bainbridge. She was a graduate of Quincy (Fla.) High School, was a bookkeeper for Flint River Livestock, and a member of Independent Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011 at the home of Charles and Marian Perry, 114 Turtle Pond Road, Bainbridge.

Survivors include her son, Raymond “Butch” Wilson and his wife, Anne, of Bainbridge; her daughters, Nancy Benton and her husband, William, of Bushnell, Fla., Phyllis Mitchell of Bainbridge, and Marian Perry and her husband, Charles, of Bainbridge; her ten grandchildren; and her ten great-grandchildren.

Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
