Graveside services for Frances Nix Haire White, 78, of Thomasville, Ga., formerly of Bainbridge, were held Monday, June 20, at Laurel Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Holland officiating.

Mrs. White was born April 1, 1933, in Bainbridge and died Saturday, June 18, 2011, at her residence.

She graduated from Bainbridge High School and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by both husbands, Robert Haire and Willard L. White Sr.; three sisters, Betty Nix, Jeanette West and Evelyn Jones; three brothers, Bill Nix, Ralph Nix and James Nix; and her parents Lee Roy and Rossie Powell Nix.

Survivors include two daughters, Susan Hopper of Thomasville and Janice Moody of Moultrie, Ga.; three sons, Willard Lamar White Jr., Robert Charles White and Randall Eugene Haire, all of Thomasville; a brother, Jarratt Nix of Bainbridge; three sisters, Pat Finley and Barbara Kelly, both of Bainbridge, and Joanne Glisson of Columbus, Ga., and nine grandchildren.

Whiddon-Shiver Funeral Home of Thomasville was in charge of the arrangements.
