A fund-raising event for Georgia Southern Miss contestants is planned for Saturday, July 2, to be held at the Bainbridge Bikefest grounds. Family fun activities begin at 8 a.m. and include a run for beauty, a rummage sale at 10 a.m., Miss Firecracker contest at 4 p.m. and Miss Firecracker Reversed, a beauty pageant for men at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now. If purchased prior to July 2, there will be a $5 discount off gate entry. Otherwise, they are $10 gate entry per car.
