The Decatur County Board of Commissioners will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, June 14, at 9 a.m., at the County Administration Building, 203 W. Broughton Street, with the following agenda:

• Consideration of Lease Agreement for Property Located at 1600 Pierce Street for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4964.

• Consider Bids and Award for the Purchase of Two Vehicles for the Sheriff’s Department.

• Consider Bids and Award for the Purchase of an Inmate Transport Van.

• Consider Approval of a Resolution to Amend the Solid Waste Advisory Committees’ Membership.

• Consider County Right-of-Way Agreements with Georgia Department of Transportation for Various Bridge Repairs on 16 County Road Bridges.

• Acknowledge Receipt of Financial Reports for May 2011
