Funeral services for Stacy Marie Dismuke, 35, of Iron City, Ga., will be held on Friday, May 13, at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville with the Rev. Slade Alday officiating.

Interment will follow in Corinth Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Iron City. Active casketbearers will be Lee Hunter, Zachary Hunter, Michael Ross, Brian Ross, Mark Hicks and Steven Jones.

Mrs. Dismuke was born Jan. 20, 1976, in Bartow, Fla., to Vernon Ward Smith and Lorene Mathis Smith Brown. She died May 7, 2011, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Smith.

Mrs. Dismuke leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Lorene Mathis Brown of Colquitt, Ga.; her husband, Steve Dismuke of Jakin, Ga.; three sons, Grayson Creamer, Steven Dismuke and Ladon Dismuke; a daughter, Alyssa Creamer; two brothers, Russell Hunter and his wife, Robin, of Greenwood, Fla., and Jackie Lee Hunter and his wife, Rhonda, of Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister, Deana Cogland and her husband, William, of Colquitt; and a granddaughter, Kayla Dismuke. She is also survived by a host of other relatives.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
