Funeral services for Lorraine Gallucci, 85, will be held Saturday, April 9, at 10 a.m. at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Steve Brooks and Dr. Jim Corcoran officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at 9 a.m.

Interment will be held in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Ga., on Monday, April 11.

Mrs. Gallucci was born June 18, 1925, in Newark, N.J., to John J. and Elizabeth Wagner Corcoran. She died March 27, 2011, at Grady Hospital in Cairo.

Lorraine worked as the office manager of a dental office in Boca Raton, Fla., where she lived for several years. She and her husband were active in Special Force Family Ministries in Minnesota and Missouri, and then moved to Bainbridge. She was an active member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Richard Gallucci; a brother, John J. Corcoran Jr., and a sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Wagner Deck.

Mrs. Gallucci is survived by her husband, Rinaldo (Len) Gallucci, and her daughter, Valerie Jean Gallucci, both of Bainbridge; a sister Jacqueline Linville of Cornelius, N.C.; a brother, Dr. Jim Corcoran of Marana, Ariz.; and a host of other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Southwest Georgia, 1323 E. Shotwell St., Bainbridge, GA 39819.
