The funeral service for Elsie Blount Bullock, 64, of Pine Mountain, Ga., will be held on Friday, March 11, at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Mike Strickland officiating.

Interment will be at Cool Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Bullock was born Aug. 5, 1946, in Bainbridge and died Monday, March 7, 2011, at West Georgia Health in LaGrange, Ga.

She was a graduate from Attapulgus High School, worked as a secretary for the State of Florida and retired with more than 30 years of service, and was a member of Faceville Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bullock was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond “R.L.” Bullock.

Survivors include her son, Raymond L. Bullock Jr. of Rochelle, Ill.; her two daughters, Donna McConnell of Bainbridge and Debra Sutton of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; her three brothers, Bill, Bob and Ed; her five sisters, Betty, Marylou, Wynette, Martha and Winnona; her eight grandchildren and her five great-grandchildren.
