Funeral services for Lillian Easterwood, 74, of Iron City, Ga., will be held on Wednesday, March 9, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with the Rev. James Miller officiating.

Interment will be held at Brinson City Cemetery.

Mrs. Easterwood was born in Donalsonville on Feb. 22, 1937. She died Monday, March 7, 2011, at her residence. She attended Iron City Baptist Church and retired from Bainbridge State Hospital in 1997.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Odester King Stinson; her husband, Emory Easterwood; and one sister, Elease Coker.

Survivors include a daughter, Ginger Hand of Iron City; two grandsons; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Cecil Stinson; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
